Welcome to iRoyalPay (“Platform”, “App”, or “Website”), a service operated by iRoyalPay Technologies Limited (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By downloading, using, or accessing iRoyalPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you are using our platform on behalf of a company or another entity, “You” or “User” also refers to that entity, and you confirm you have the authority to bind them to this Agreement

USER AGREEMENT

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and if acting on behalf of a company or entity, that you have the authority to bind it to this Agreement.

GENERAL

These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between iRoyalPay and its users. They supersede any prior agreements or communications, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our rights.

DEFINITION

In these Terms, ‘User’ or ‘Client’ refers to any individual or entity using iRoyalPay’s services; ‘Services’ include all features offered such as gift card sales, crypto exchange, bill payments, airtime and data purchases, and fund transfers; ‘Authorized Users’ are individuals permitted by a Client (such as employees or agents) to use the Services; and ‘We’, ‘Us’, or ‘Our’ refers to iRoyalPay Technologies Limited.

SERVICE

iRoyalPay provides secure gift card and cryptocurrency conversions to Naira, fast fund transfers, and convenient services like bill payments, airtime, and data top-ups, with all transactions subject to applicable laws and these Terms; users must provide accurate information, and we reserve the right to suspend or deny service if fraud, unlawful activity, or violations are suspected.”

PAYMENT

Exchange rates for gift cards and crypto are determined in real time and may change without notice, while payouts are processed instantly or within a reasonable timeframe, and any applicable fees are always disclosed before completing a transaction.

TERMINATION & REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to the Company’s sole discretion and only if a service has not been initiated. Once a transaction is confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed. iRoyalPay may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a User breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for service interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or technical outages.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
